Implementation and Data Conversion
A TrulinX Implementation is the beginning of an important partnership. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a highly structured and client focused implementation strategy. We provide knowledgeable training at your offices, which minimizes the disruption to your business and provides you the benefit of our expertise in your industry. In addition, a Conversion Specialist will help you extract the data from your legacy system and make sure it is clean and correct. Utilizing a proven six step process, Tribute will successfully guide you through implementation – from an in-depth analysis of your Business Requirements all the way to our follow-up visit after your first Month End Live. Customer Support
Tribute Inc. believes in old-fashioned service – we still answer the phone. And the service reps who answer the phone have served internships at customer sites and will know you and your company’s needs – you won't be just an anonymous number in an email queue. Our customer satisfaction rating is consistently over 95% in all seven areas measured (Timeliness, Resolution Time, Courtesy, Willingness, Communication, Effectiveness & Knowledge) with an overall customer satisfaction rating of almost 98% – unheard of in the rest of our industry. 85% of our support calls are closed within the first day and an additional 8% are closed within the first week. This high percentage of closed calls reflects our staff's knowledge and expertise.
Training
TrulinX offers online training on several topics, such as Inventory Management and Sales Order Processing. These live virtual classes help you reduce travel costs and downtime associated with traditional training and allows your staff to implement knowledge gained immediately, offering real value to your work force.
We also offer free online tutorials to help you learn the major functions of TrulinX quickly and easily. You can access the tutorials on our website for convenient training available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Consulting
Our TrulinX Business Process Consultants will work with you and your employees to help you solve your business challenges and maximize your software investment. Consulting is available on topics such as general ledger reconciliation, inventory management, system administration, bill of materials setup/processing, and more. You may also choose a full operations audit or "Support for a Day" for more customized options.
User's Group
All TrulinX users are eligible to join the TruNet user group. TruNet is an independently-run organization of TrulinX users which offers its members the opportunity to increase networking, share best practices, and get greater benefits out of their TrulinX software. Members convene in a yearly meeting, and may also communicate via the TrulinX message boards on LinkedIn. Members of TruNet also have the opportunity to be elected to the Program Priority Assignment Board. Members meet twice a year to review and prioritize the current TrulinX open project list. This helps determine the direction for future TrulinX development.
