Our History
Founded in 1980 by an industrial distributor facing the same critical business issues faced by many in the industry today, Tribute Inc. provides the leading enterprise-wide distribution management software for industrial distributors in the hose, hydraulics, pneumatics, rubber products and related industries. The rapidly growing company is located in Hudson, Ohio, and has over fifty employees and a user base approaching 300 distributors located throughout North America.

Acquired in February of 1994 by Tim Reynolds, Tribute Inc. quickly grew into a world class organization featuring industry specific features (such as its automatic hose assembly, conveyor belting and gasketing modules) and unrivaled real-time support. As a result the company was honored with the STAR Award for Service Excellence from the Software Support Professionals Association.

With an extremely dedicated and influential user base, and a retention rate above the 95% mark, Tribute Inc. benefits greatly from the input of its users into product development. In fact, Tribute Inc. has one of the few remaining independent user groups in the industry actively involved in guiding and selecting future product enhancements. Not only that, Tribute's customers are typically high profile industry leaders in their vertical markets, so their input is filtered through their success.
